-          Bread knedliky – bread dumplings perfect for soaking up soups and sauces

-          Bramboráky: potato pancakes, traditionally served with sour cabbage

-          Tatarák –(like beer tartar) raw minced beef mixed with diced onion, egg yolk, paprika, pepper, salt, mustard, diced cucumber, and tomato sauce. The dish can be made with either beef or pork. Served with fried toast and garlic – spread the garlic on the toast, then the tartar on the toast.

-          Svíčková na smetaně: roast beef with vegetable puree sauce

-          Rajská (omáčka): beef in tomato sauce, with dumplings

-          Koprová: beef in dill sauce, with dumplings

-          Pečená kachna: roast duck with dumplings and red cabbage

-          Kuřecí kapsa is delicious Czech dish of stuffed chicken breasts.

-          Guláš: a variety of beef and pork goulash stews, served with dumplings or bread

-          Smažený sýr: fried cheese

-          Sekaná pečeně (baked mincemeat) – half pork and beef meatloaf with bacon, onion & Garlic

-          Vepřové Koleno – pork knee marinated in beer

-          Smažený vepřový rízek - essentially the Czech version of a pork schnitzel.
